1. Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide! Whether you're located locally in Australia or anywhere else across the globe, we can deliver our products to you.
2. Order Processing Time
- Please allow 2-5 business days for us to process, pack, and dispatch your order after it has been placed and payment is confirmed.
- Processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.
- Orders are processed during standard business hours (Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays in Victoria, Australia).
- Pre-orders are shipped on a availability basis post manufacturing. Shipping information and notifications will be delivered to your email you used at checkout.
3. Shipping Costs
We offer flat-rate shipping based on your location:
- Local Shipping (Within Australia): A flat rate of $15 USD applies to all orders shipped to an Australian address.
- International Shipping (Rest of World): A flat rate of $50 USD applies to all orders shipped outside of Australia.
Note: All shipping costs are displayed and charged in USD.
4. Estimated Shipping Times
Shipping times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, destination, customs processing (for international orders), and other factors beyond our control.
- Local (Australia): Typically 2-5 business days after dispatch.
- International: Typically 7-20 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package's progress online (where available by the carrier).
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
- Please be aware that orders shipped outside of Australia may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and other charges levied by the destination country upon arrival.
- These additional charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Skidpad.shop has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
- Customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before placing your order to avoid unexpected charges.
- Skidpad.shop is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
7. Returns Policy - Damaged Goods Only
- We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged due to shipping. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or other reasons.
- If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- To initiate a damaged goods claim, please email us at shop[@]skidpad.one with:
- Your order number.
- A clear description of the damage.
- Photographic evidence of the damaged item(s) and the packaging.
- We will review your claim and, upon verification, arrange for a replacement item to be sent or issue a refund for the damaged product at our discretion.
- Please do not return damaged items unless specifically instructed to do so by our team.
